Yeast - Dried

        For best results, always rehydrate dried yeast and avoid temperature shock.  Simply dissolve the dry yeast in a half cup of warm water 105ºF (40ºC) without stirring.  After 15 minutes, mix well to suspend all yeast before adding to the wort. Do not keep the yeast in the water any longer than recommended.
